Mr. Moore was born in 1969 in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University in 1992.

Mr Moore started out as a clerk on the Cotton Exchange in 1987. He became a member of the exchange in 1993. The Cotton Exchange later merged with the Coffee Sugar Cocoa Exchange (forming the NYBOT Exchange) and has subsequently been bought out by the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). Mr. Moore has also held memberships on the COMEX and NYMEX exchanges, and he still is a member of the FINEX division of the ICE exchange. Mr. Moore also has a broad back ground in the over the counter (OTC) commodities market. He was the head of the West Coast Electricity desk for 5 years before taking the helm of the Continental European Electricity desk for Prebon Energy (now Tullet Prebon). Mr. Moore, since 2006 has headed up the Global Commodities Index Derivatives desk for ICAP, the largest institutional brokerage firm in the world.

Mr Moore is an expert in the energy sector. He brings to AFO many contacts in the commercial nuclear industry worldwide. Mr Moore will sit on AFO’s financial subcommittee specializing in strategic planning, deal structure, investors, and the financial well-being of our company.

 Mr Moore is a resident of New York City and Montauk, New York.
