Mr. Illare has over 19 years of experience in the world of
finance. Along with his extensive knowledge of the financial
services sector, Mr. Illare has a proven history of high
sales, strong leadership abilities and strategic planning.
For the past few years he has managed tens of millions of
dollars in real estate development transactions. In addition,
in 2000, he founded J3 Partners, a financial consulting firm
that assisted small- and medium-sized companies through the
steps needed to become publicly traded entities primarily in
the areas of strategic business development, recruiting, and
seed/next-round financing. As an example of his talent, he
was recruited to secure funding for a privately held start-up
company specializing in video and data compression algorithms,
optical components, and intelligent data management systems
for use in the Department of Defense.
Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Mr. Illare held
the position of Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales
at Whale Securities Company LP in New York City for
approximately 13 years. There he managed many millions in
assets and acted as principal/agent in billions of dollars
worth of financial transactions for over 40 banks and
financial institutions worldwide and over 500 private
clientele.
